All appointments are on a Private basis only.
Please do not make appointments that you may not be able to keep. A charge will be made for missed appointments and cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment.
If you are unable to keep an appointment please call reception at least 24 hours prior to the appointment. Missing an appointment prevents other patients who are in urgent need of treatment from being seen.
Emergency Out-of-Hours Service
We provide an out of hours Emergency service for our registered clients as well as those people that are not registered with us. The service is operated by our own dentists and we aim to see the individual within 24 hours of their call if it is deemed necessary. This service is available for those suffering severe pain that is NOT subdued by painkillers, uncontrollable bleeding or severe facial swelling. In an Emergency please call us on 01923 226 336.
